Cloak room
The Cloak Room (a.k.a. wardrobe or garderobe) is on the ground floor a very short distance from the hotel lounge. Just walk past the left side of the hotel desk and walk straight on. You will find the cloak room between the entrances to the Archonia room at ground level.
Visitors can leave their coats and small bags here. This year we are going to add a lot of extra shelf space to the Cloak Room so you can leave larger bags than in 2009! We will accept bags up 46cm wide x 42cm high x 28cm deep. This is 3cm deeper than standard air travel hand luggage size but 11cm less high. These sizes are determined by the dimensions of the storage shelves.
The storage area in the Cloak Room is very limited, so they may not have space for your bags. In that case you will have to deposit your items to the Bag Room on the third floor of the hotel, where you can also deposit larger bags as well as large cosplay items. Furthermore it is difficult for the gophers in the to cloak room to move about, so they may also ask you to store very heavy bags in the Bag room.
If there is space to store your bag or coat the gophers at attendance will accept your items and hand you a numbered retrieval token in return. Use of the Cloak Room is free of charge.
The Cloak Room is open 24 hours a day during the whole length of the festival and is under constant surveillance. The Cloak Room also acts as Registration Desk when the regular Registration Desk is closed.
The Cloak Room is also the place to leave any items Lost or Found.

Bag room
The bag room is on the third floor. Take the elevator from the hotel lounge, exit to the left and turn left again. Visitors with weekend bags, backpacks, large cosplay attributes, other bulky or fragile luggage and anything else that cannot be deposited at the cloak room are required to deposit these items in the bag room.
The gophers at attendance will accept your items and hand you a numbered retrieval token in return. Using the bag room is free of charge. You can change your cosplay costume and add purchased items as often as you like. The bag room is not open during the whole of the festival, see the exact times below. When it is closed, the doors are locked and your luggage will be unreachable during the rest of the night!
Please close all pockets and straps on your luggage. Make sure things cannot fall out of off your luggage. Ask the gopher for tape or extra bags if necessary. Also please make everything as easy to handle for the gophers as possible.
Please be on time when picking up your bags on Sunday. And please remember we have house rules for safety reasons; deposit your bags at the bag room straight after you arrive at the festival. Security will have to request you to move along if you do not!
