Lost & Found items
Found items can be deposited and lost items reported (or retrieved if they happen to be found) at the Cloak Room during the festival. The only exception to this is lost badges. For those you need to got to the Registration Desk - but then at night the Cloak Room is the Registration Desk.
After the festival you can also contact us regarding Lost or Found items by sending us an e-mail using our contact form (choose 'Ticket (booth) question' from the subject dropdown menu). We gather all items found by the Theaterhotel after the festival so you should always contact us.
We will also post a topic on our forum that will let you know what was found and where you can post what you lost. You can also PM the staff in that topic. The topic will remain visible until the next festival.
If we have found your items and the festival is over you can:
- pay us to send them to you by mail,
- make an appointment to pick them up wherever we store them,
- arrange to pick them up at our dealer table on some other festival,
- pick them up at our next festival,
- or give them to us as prizes or whatever.
Lost items not claimed before the next festival will be used as competition prices or as cosplay props during the cosplay competition.
