Registration desk

The Registration Desk can be found directly to the left of the main entrance as you enter the hotel. The desk attendants can help you with:

  • Ticket registration and badge distribution
  • At-the-door tickets (when available)
  • Convention booklets
  • Festival programs
  • Tickets for special events
  • Bus schemes
  • Bus tickets to and from Hotel Hengelo
  • Emptying your bank account
  • Questions or complaints
  • Lost and Found badges

All visitors must validate their tickets at the Registration Desk before they are allowed to visit the festival rooms. After validation you will be provided with your official Anime 2010 visitor's badge, our convention booklet and a sheet containing the festival program. You are required to wear the badge, printed side out, clearly visible on the left side of your chest.

At the Registration Desk you can buy at-the-door tickets (if available), tickets for special events like Sake Tasting and tickets for the bus between the Theaterhotel and Hotel Hengelo. You can pay using cash or your bank debit card with PIN. We charge € 0,50 for PIN transactions of less than € 10,-. You can even withdraw cash using your PIN provided we have sufficient funds available and you are willing to pay a fee of € 1,- to cover our transaction costs.

The Registration Desk is only open during peak hours (Friday afternoon and Saturday and Sunday morning, see below). When the Registration Desk is closed a sign will direct you to the Cloak Room. The Cloak Room performs all the above functions when the Registration Desk is closed.
