Hi, I'm Niels Viveen, chairman of Stichting Promotie Japanse Popcultuur, the organisation behind the Animecon events.

I'm scandalously late in publishing anything on this blog.

I just couldn't find the time to do so. Well, that's not really true, but I kept putting this off for no apearant reason.

 

About me:

Born in 1973, been in to anime since Gatchaman on the AVRO Kinderbios and later Goshogun on Superchannel.

I am quite fond of Japan and it's culture, organise holiday trips there for groups (without making any proffit) and Kaj helps me out there.

 I've been to Japan 14 times (at time of writing) since 1999. Have chaired Stichting Promotie Japanse Popcultuur since 1999 too.

 

Next planned short holiday is in February 2009, followed by August 2009.
