As of December 1, Theaterhotel Almelo (THA) will accept accommodation bookings for the Anime 2008 weekend. As they expect a small rush, some rules have been made:

• The possibility to book a room will start on December 1, from 8:00 AM local Almelo time.
• Attempts made before that moment in time can not be honored.
• THA prefers the use of e-mail, this enables them to determine more easily who was first in line.
• The e-mail address you use for your booking is: receptie@theaterhotel.nl
• THA staff will have final judgement in which they preserve the right to not accept a booking for whatever reason without stating one.
• Bookings will fall under the terms and conditions of THA, which can be found (in Dutch) on their web site.
• Stichting Promotie Japanse Popcultuur is not liable in any way for correct, wrongful or declined bookings, whatever the reason may be.
• For those who miss out on Almelo; as usual, the overflow hotel in Hengelo will get your booking automatically from THA, for the same price and conditions.
