Why is this website mainly in the English language and not in Dutch? You are a Dutch outfit aren't you?
Yes we are a Dutch outfit and most of our vistors are of Dutch nationality or speak Dutch. However some international website and festival visitors do not understand Dutch. This also applies to some foreign dealers. Furthermore, some of our industry contacts, who provide showing permissions, do not understand Dutch as well. For them it is equally important to be able to 'check us out'. Lastly, most of the video program is in Japanese language with English subtitles. If you are not able to understand English it will be difficult to understand anyway.
What is running this website and where is it located?
This website runs on a server located at the TeleCityGroup (former Redbus) datacentre in Amsterdam. Our sponsor Bit Agency kindly donates the space, bandwidth and their proprietary Content Management System software. They also did the design and coding that was needed, except for the ticketbooth part, which was coded by our staff member Matijs.
