To battle the recession ;) we have decided not to increase the ticket price for the upcoming festival. The ticket pricing scheme for Anime 2010 is the same as for Anime 2009 but differs from previous festivals. This means the amount of tickets sold doesn't control the price anymore. Instead we use fixed dates as a pace list according to the following table:

Period Friday Only ticket Saturday Only ticket Sunday Only ticket Whole Weekend ticket
01 November - 31 December 2009  € 17,-  € 29,- € 17,- € 49,-
01 January - 28 February 2010  € 19,-  € 32,- € 19,- € 54,-
01 March - 30 April 2010  € 21,-  € 35,- € 21,- € 59,-
01 May - 23 May 2010 *  € 25,-  € 40,- € 25,- € 70,-

*) Pending availability!

Like we reintroduced for Anime 2009 we also offer the possibility to buy Friday and Sunday Only tickets at reduced rates.

If you want to be certain to get an Anime 2010 ticket make sure you order as soon as possible from the online ticket booth instead of buying tickets at the festival door! This is also cheaper and more certain, as we do not know if we will sell out in advance. In that case we will offer NO tickets at the door! The online ticket booth will end sales on 19 May 2010, pending ticket availability.

Tickets bought in advance can be way cheaper than those sold at the door (if available at all). We actually prefer you to buy tickets in advance. The pricing scheme reflects this. In order to realise the fullest potential of the festival, we need to know how much money we can spend beforehand. Ordering and paying in advance helps us tremendously in reaching our goals to achieve the best festival ever.

Make sure you pay as soon as possible after you have ordered your ticket(s). Without payment you will not receive your ticket(s) and we will not give you access to the festival! After ordering you will get an email containing payment instructions. Follow these instructions to the letter!

Grant us some time after you paid, so we can process your payment. When we do, we will email your ticket(s). If you do not receive your tickets when you should, first log in to the ticket booth and click on your order. If your order has the status “Tickets valid” but the email with your ticket was lost in cyberspace you can print your ticket by clicking on the ticket number.

If your order was not valid or you have other problems using the ticket booth, try to find the answer in the ticket FAQ. If the answer can't be found there, please post your remarks or questions in the appropriate forum topic. (We created one specifically for this purpose). As a last resort you can email us using the contact page. Please keep in mind that answering your email might take some time.
