The location
the Theaterhotel is completely accessible by wheelchair. A little height difference exists, which can be navigated by a gentle slope.
 
Dietary restrictions
At the festival there are many different types of food. While they are delicious, there might be an ingredient in in them that you are allergic to. Please ask about this at the foodstand of your choice. Don't worry though, there are many vendors. 

Asthma and other respiratory conditions
By Dutch law it is not allowed to smoke inside De Broodfabriek. Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas.
Some of the event rooms can get a bit stuffy when in use so please keep this in mind.

Epilepsy
Keep in mind that the main stage events, concerts and arcade machines might have bright and strobing lights and/or smoke effects. 

The use of medicine
If you are on medication that you need to keep within reach at all times please request a Bag Permit at the registration desk. In some of the rooms, you are not allowed to a bag during the festival. With a bag permit you will be allowed to bring the bag for which the permit was provided with you in these areas.

If you are on medication and you think we should know about it, please let us know. If you suffer from epilepsy or another condition that may temporarily render you unconscious, please let us know. You can do so by adding your medical information during the ticket personalisation process. These measures will enable our security and safety officers to give you proper care if needed.
