Tea Ceremony by Ambaran Artgroup

Do you want to experience some peace during a busy convention? Join our tea-club and experience a traditional Japanese tea ceremony. The ceremony in its simplest form is called Oboncha, or tea on the tray. During this workshop you will see how this simple tea-ceremony is done. The style is based on the tea-ways by master Urasenke. The kind of tea which will be served is light tea, or Usucha.  Even though it is called 'light tea', the flavour is strong and delicious. The tea looks different than western style tea, because the leaves are steamed and crushed, then dissolves in water, rather than
dried and used in a tea-bag. Care for some traditional Japanese flavours? Come visit this workshop by Ambaran Artgroup.
