AMV rules have been updated

The Anime 2012 website is being updated to match the new theme and events therein and the AMV-competition is the first to get its updates.
The contest of Anime 2011 was great; let's make 2012 even better.
We figured that we'd let you know the deadlines somewhat earlier and make the rules a bit more straightforward, so we decided to rewrite and publish them well before the actual deadline.

Since the rules for the EMV-competition are pretty much the same as those for the AMV-competition, we mostly put in details that are different for EMV's.
So please read the AMV-rules first.

Good luck on planning; we're looking forward to seeing your work!
If you have any questions or remarks, please put them in the dedicated AMV-competition thread in our forums, or send us an e-mail.
