Royal announcement: New Core Staff Member!

People often ask our highnesses Clara and Marieke when they start preparing for the next festival: Anime 2018 “Queens of the Round Table”. Our majesties find this highly amusing as they are already busy preparing for Anime 2019! AnimeCon is growing and since their majesties' emphasis is on the growth of the quality of the festival, the time they need to prepare and plan is growing too. However, even their majesties can not continue this improvement on their own, therefore they are constantly looking for new quality help!

Thus our royal highnesses Clara and Marieke are proud to announce that Corinne Lamerichs has joined their Core staff team as the new manager for the events team. Corinne has been groomed as a volunteer for their convention her whole adult life and has been events staff member for over five years. They are very impressed with her experience and her willingness to take the responsibility for the whole events team. An example of her dedication is that she has also expressly forbidden them from advertising her new eBook “The Life We Know: Trust”, so hereby they will just mention that it is a great read.

Their highnesses’ previous events manager, George Zwart, still remains part of the team. However, the convention’s great development mean that he is more sorely needed in their dealer room.

A festival is an ever-changing event and to keep AnimeCon growing for fans, we need more fans to help us out. Are you interested in helping? Either just during the festival, before and/or after? Contact us on Facebook or use the contact form on our website!
