Bring your collectibles to life with some tips and tricks from an action figure customizing veteran!

In this demo, Zelu1984 of TRCreation will give you a whole bunch tips and tricks to make your action figures, figurines and statues look better than ever before by giving them a unique makeover. This is also your chance to get all of your questions about figure restoration answered.

Here's a special message from Zelu1984 himself!

My name is Tomasz Ro┼╝ejowski, aka zelu1984 or TR Creations, and I have been making custom action figures and statues for over 10 years. I always had passion for creating things and making them better. Action figures were part of my life since I was little. As I was not always able to afford expensive stuff, I decided to try and make things by myself. It was difficult at the beginning, as there were not many people doing what I do (and there was no YouTube to watch video tutorials), so I had to figure things out on my own with some trial and error (mostly error ;) ).

Most of my creations are made for my personal collection, but I have done some work for small companies and private commissions in the past. I post most of my creations on my Instagram and professional portfolio, but if you google me, my work will show up in many places.

I am mostly known for creating cartoon accurate characters from shows like Sailor Moon, Batman the Animated Series, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Masters of The Universe, but I also did some work on video game characters like Final Fantasy, Tomb Raider and more. Most of my creations are made using a base action figure to keep the articulation. I also do fix-ups and repaints of existing products.

Remember that there might be a great product under that ugly paint, you just have to give it some love. Check out some examples below.

I would like to show you how much fun it is to add a personal touch to any of your collectibles and prove that you don’t need to spend a lot of money to make retail products look great. I will talk about the tools and materials I use, as well as the techniques I use on my creations. I will show you some tips and tricks that I have learned over the years so hopefully you can try it yourself!

See you at AnimeCon in the Netherlands but meanwhile don’t forget to follow me on Instagram!
