Activities
We offer a wide variety of events, from competitions and video showings to workshops and lectures. Check the festival program for all activities. We've got the EXP Plaza overview for all table top - and cardgames. For merch, head over to the dealer room overview for all artist and vendors. The Game Room has the latest videogames, retrogames, arcades, and Dutch indie game developers.

Some events, especially tastings, come with extra costs to cover the food and drink materials. Such events will specify whether it's a paid event - if not, then it's free for all visitors.

Yes. All concerts are free as long as your ticket is eligible for that day.
Ticket FAQ
That's entirely up to you! Wee sell four types of tickets: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and the full weekend Combi. If you’re looking to get the full experience then you should purchase a combi ticket.

You can, but we can also scan your ticket on your phone. Be sure to have your ticket ready and your phone brightness on high.
No, it is not included. You will have to make your own sleeping arrangements, there are several hotels in the area. See the hotel information page for more details.
Entering your real name is needed to prevent fraud (for example, in case you lose your ticket). It is also needed to identify you for 18+ events.
For some visitors we get a printed badge with a name, but then we print your first name or a nickname you chose instead of your full name. (If you cannot enter a nickname, we will not print your name on any badge.)
We switched to Your Ticket Provider in 2018, so here are some frequently asked questions about their service (more here). You can pay via iDEAL, PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, V Pay SOFORT and Bancontact. Please note that there can be transaction costs for these payment methods.
Yes! Just ask YourTicketProvider to cancel and refund your ticket and order a new one.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your ticket reference number (found on your bank statement) and don’t forget to mention the wrong email address. They’ll send you your tickets if all information is correct.
You can sell your ticket via a second hand ticketsite such as Ticketswap or the YTP secondhand portal. This is 100% safe. The buyer will receive a new unique ticket after paying and your old ticket will become invalid.
Festival FAQ
Unfortunately, we do not give a cosplay discount.
To keep the festival safe, we need to be able to see whether you're a festival guest in a split second. You will be warned for not wearing your wristband or badge according to the house rules.
For two reasons: Firstyly, safety. They could be a hindrance in the event of fire or other emergency situations. Secondly, we do not allow bags in some areas of the festival to avoid theft. We have a free bag drop as well as paid lockers available.
That depends on when you buy your ticket. Please refer to the ticket booth. The earlier, the better!
Sure, but you must ask permission from your parents or guardian. If you are younger than 13 a parent or guardian must accompany you at all times. Some events will be off limits to you.
Children up to and including the age of 6 can attend the festival for free, under constant supervision of a responsible, paying adult. They do need a badge, which can be created for them at the Registration Desk during the festival.
Yes, de Broodfabriek is fully accessible and there are wheelchair accessible toilets available on the festival venue.
