Hotel changes in 2023

In 2022 we had three hotels at walking distance of the festival. Unfortunately the Stay @ 7 hotel is no longer a hotel and the Best Western Plus Grand Winston is being renovated and has only half the rooms they had in 2022. So only the Bastion hotel is fully available.

Rijswijk proper does not boast many hotels, but there are plenty in the cities of The Hague, Rotterdam and Delft. The Hague is easily accessible by tramline 17 getting of at stop Volmerlaan. Rotterdam and Delft are just a few stations away by train from station Rijswijk. You can read more on how to get to the festival by public transport on our directions page. Furthermore there are three hotels in Delft-North that are just 7 minutes away by car. For those three hotels we are organizing a shared taxi service.

The taxi service

We organize a shared taxi service between De Broodfabriek and three hotels in Delft-North. In the hotel lobbies, at the entrance of De Broodfabriek and on this page you will find a phone number to call if you want to use this service. As the distance is a 7 minute ride by car you will not have to wait long for a taxi.

The service isn't free, but you pay only when you take a taxi from De Broodfabriek. The exact amount we do not yet know, but will soon. In any case: getting a ride from the hotel to De Broodfabriek will be free as this makes the logistics easier for us. This is a service that will cost us money, but we need this service anyway for our volunteers and guests.

However! Do not just enter just any taxi to go to De Broodfabriek! Make sure it is one of the taxis that we organized. In Almelo we had several visitors who had to pay the full price when they arrived at the festival location!

Bastion Hotel Den Haag Rijswijk

The Bastion Hotel Den Haag Rijswijk is a 3-star hotel just half a block or a 3 minute walk away from the entrance to De Broodfabriek.

The hotel offers a 24-hour reception and has a nice lounge, bar, and à la carte restaurant where you can relax and have dinner. Of course this hotel usually is the first to sell out.

Best Western Plus Grand Winston

The Best Western Plus Grand Winston is currently under renovation, but some rooms will be available during the festival.

The hotel combines unique contemporary style and architectural finesse in a modern design and is an 8 minute walk from De Broodfabriek.

Hotels serviced by our taxi service

These three hotels are located at the A13 exit Delft-North, just 7 minutes by car from De Broodfabriek. You can park for free at the hotels and in the area near De Broodfabriek or use our taxi service if you prefer not to drive to and from the festival.

Hotel Campanile Delft

The 3-star Campanile Delft is a lively hotel with a homely twist and the perfect basis for a visit to De Broodfrabriek. They have a nice restaurant on site: they serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks throughout the day. Relax in their comfortable rooms after having a drink at the bar or on the terrace.

Shanghai Hotel Holland

The Shanghai Hotel Holland is a four star hotel with spacious rooms each furnished with a desk, safe and mini-fridge and are equipped with coffee & tea facilities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. In addition, guests can enjoy a drink in our cozy lounge bar The Bund.
